What is best - fine or course grain?

I use it in the bathtub and so I'm assuming both course and fine salt will simply dissolve. So I don't see a difference. I use course.

What's the average grain size? I plan to use all natural coarse sea salt for heat treatment (heated by microwave) of joint pain. Coarser is better.

Does this help with fibromyalgia pain?

I have read that Sea salts help with pain from arthritis, muscle aches, and fibromyalgia. I use these salts for eczema so I am not sure whether they would help you. The salt bath is very soothing and relaxing. I would recommend trying them. Check online reviews, someone else may have tried. Hope this helps.
