As electrician and contractor for over 30 years these things are worthless unless you have the specific Outlet which is not commonly sold. They only have the cover and they don't have the back part which attaches to the outlet like a conventional Decora outlet switch has. In this picture is the correct cover plate in my my opinion is a Lutron wall plate it says claro .I got over at the Depot works perfectly with levitron Decora outlets and switches

This company brand line focuses on offering a wide selection of colors and the ease of swapping out the colored portions of the outlet and wall plate. And they taut the attractive look of having screwless switchplates.So the company must know that the people buying this are very particular about something as minor and small as switchplates!And then they decide to emboss their name "LEVITON" - not on the back in case you wanted to replace it and forgot the company name -- oh no, they emboss "LEVITON" on the FRONT of the switchplate! If I'm concerned about seeing a screw on my switchplate, you better believe I'm concerned with seeing their "advertising" on the front of switchplates throughout my newly remodeled house.Needless to say, this switchplate is being returned immediately.

I installed my Renu on a sunroom outlet and it looks great. See attached photo. I will now complete the room with the same. No complaints. There are some areas in my home I will not install Renu and will stick with standard devices.The Renu device (switch, outlet, etc) and Renu wall plate must be paired together. They are proprietary. Standard wall plates and devices will not work. The Renu looks good on a fairly straight wall and properly mounted box. The Renu is not that forgiving if the outlet (or switch) box is not mounted straight or other poor workmanship. Since the plate snaps to the top and bottom of the device gaps will result if installed on a poorly installed box or uneven wall.

This outer plate is useless without the "inner plate" which is needed for the outer plate to attach to. I don't know why the 2 plates aren't sold together on Amazon, but in the big box store they are. Returning this so I can go buy the 2 parts somewhere else. P.S. Amazon censored my previous post, maybe because I said that this cost 1/2 the price in the big box store.

Buyers mistake for not fully reading the description before purchasing... This product is NOT a standard 2 gang decor cover. It's part of a product line that requires other pieces to work.

The plate opening is wider than outlet so space shows. Also, simply fits over outlet without screws. It did not stay put if even slightly touched. Forget these.

Way more blue than shown in the picture. Make sure you note this is for Leviton Renu products only. This will not work with standard American paddle switches or outlets

In my apartment I’m not allowed to change out the ugly doorbell and unit number sign, so I covered them. It worked with 3M mounting squares. These are kinda pricy since they probably cost about $.20 to manufacture, but I’m still happy to have a more stylish entry.

The product was not described properly and it turned out it was only the cover that u snap on. For the price paid I’m not sure if the other part was just missing . I have returned it.

It is very pretty and is a close match to other wall plates in my house. The down side is that the listing should indicate that you need an adapter in order to use it. I returned it because there was to way to use it and I was unable to find the adapter.

all the switches and outlets look fantastic, so easy to install and change colors down the road if you're so inclined.
