ARIATMen's Heritage Roughstock Cowboy Boots

I was worried about buying boots online. It took about 2 weeks to get them but that wasn’t a big deal to me. I figure I probably could have bought them in a store for around $100 more. But I took a chance and I have to say these are beautiful boots. I wear 10.5 shoes or boots, and though I considered sizing down as some people say you should with cowboy boots, I ordered my boots in 10.5 and they fit perfectly. I ordered the regular width ‘D’ because I know that in work boots an E is too wide for me. The D fits very well. The box they came in was in very bad shape, it looked like it had been kicked around quite badly and was taped up, but the boots inside were pristine. Even brand new they are quite comfortable. I plan to break them in a bit around the house then treat them with a good quality leather conditioner that I bought specifically for these boots. I rarely leave reviews but I am very happy with this purchase. I got the brown oiled rowdy and it looks exactly as shown in the pictures with the ‘snip square toe’.

I ordered two pairs (10.5 DM) of the Ariat boots of which one fits great and the other is a bit tight. I never had that before with Ariat boots. I am looking for a solution for that. This is my 7th pair of Ariat boots and I am very satisfied with them. The quality of the entire boot is amazing and so is the finishing and the comfort. These are the only boots I wear !This time I had them shipped to Europe. I did not expect to have to pay 85 USD on Import taxes.... (when importing one pair, you don't have to pay,; I wish I had known them in advance then I would have ordered two pairs, one at a time, with an interval of a few days between) Here upon, I contacted the seller on several occasions and got prompt answers... They explained the situation and even though they said they could not possibly foresee how much taxes would be charged to me, they offered me 10% discount on my next order. The replies from the seller are prompt and they do assist with any issue you may have, but they can be more courteous and friendly in my opinion. All in all, I can only but give the boots and the seller 5 points as I am very satisfied with the product and the prompt assistance from the seller.

Bought these boots in October and now the right sole has developed an annoying squeak when walking ! Very disappointed in the quality as there is no way to eliminate the squeak, so I'm stuck with them. Will be looking at other manufacturers for next boot.UPDATE:Have spoken to the Ariat rep and they will replace the boots at no cost. Much impressed with the customer service and how they stand behind their their products. Tip of the hat to Ariat.
