AFTCOReaper Technical Hoodie

I first bought in October 2021 what seems to be called (on the Aftco website) an "Original Reaper". I'm 6' and 185 lbs. I ordered a Large as that is what fits in most shirts/hoodies I have. I received it and it fit like a tent. It felt like an XL or XXL to me. Really strange to be that far off. But, I will say that the look and feel of this hoodie is amazing. High quality, love the mask for cooler days on the water, etc.So, I then ordered a Medium. What I didn't know until after I received the new one is that apparently the Reaper hoodie has been updated. I don't know what was updated, but when I received it, it looked like what a Medium normally is. I tried it on and it was too small for me... which is normal.After figuring out that perhaps the updated version changed the sizing/fit, I have now gone back and purchased the Large of the updated version. I'm waiting on that and will update here if it fixes the size issue.

I love my new sweater. It's just what I needed. Now let's get to the specifics. The fabric is great. Definitely keeps you warm. It's slightly smaller than most large sweaters I've worn. The sleeves are a slimmer than I wanted. I honestly don't mind. Drinking and fishing catches up to the body. Definitely great to put under a jacket if needed. I definitely need to lose weight so it motivates me. Haha The mask when down feels like a turtle neck. I haven't worn a turtle neck since I was 8. So it brought back memories. It's not super tight on the neck either. I would definitely recommend this product.

Great but runs a little tight if you wear something under it.

This hoodie is great, it looks awesome and has breather holes in the face covering and armpit which really help keep you cool when it gets a little hot out. The inside of the jacket is super soft and feels great and also does a great job at keeping you warm, I will say its not as warm as other jackets but does a great job here in SoCal weather. I really enjoy this jacket and would definitely buy another.

Like the fit and the fabric. Thought I would like the neck gaiter more than I do but I still like it. Gets a little restrictive during the day but it is warm and comfortable.

Fits true to size. The built in gator takes a bit to get use to but is nice. High quality stuff.

The product is great along with a great price

I bought this for my boyfriend and he absolutely loves it! He uses it for turkey hunting and works great. The pockets are his favorite part and I have never seen anything like them. When we washed and dryer or we had no piling like other hoodies in the past.
