This bottle holds 32oz of water, so I refill just once a day in order to drink plenty of water in a day. The time marker is quite an interesting feature, they have added to keep track of their daily intake. Morning and evening hours are marked, which reminds you to keep hydrated. The bottle exterior is soft and graceful with the strap to carry the bottle. The lid click and locking system prevent the lid to open accidentally. The lid also contains a silicone stopper, which fits into the spout to prevent any leaks and dripping. I used many water bottles, but this bottle is superb. THUMBS UP!
