Just what I need for my rental lodge/Airbnb!
I use this to clean my rental lodge. I use it on all types of surfaces and find it cleans/sanitizes well. I like that it claims to kill common virus's/bacteria...my facility has never had an illness outbreak while using this product which is important when dealing with the public and nightly rentals. Its premixed so you can just dump into a cheap spray bottle and go! The smell is light and fresh..have never had a complaint on it from guests. Would recomend if your a fellow rental facility or Airbnb type place!

Powerful multiple surface cleaner and disinfectant (effective after 10 minutes)
The first thing one must know about this product, is that in order to disinfect properly, it takes ten (10) minutes to take effect, after being sprayed. I'm saying this, because just wiping it right after spraying it, won't do. Specially, if one is cleaning public places inside a business. That being said, when used properly, it does work great.This is one of the most powerful disinfectant available, and it is very strong too. So, I recommend to wear at least a dust mask when cleaning with it. Yes, it's that strong. And if it is possible, open a window for extra air ventilation. Because of its strong scent, when I'm cleaning bathrooms, I spray it, and walk out of the room until the ten minutes for the disinfectant to take effect has passed.This disinfectant shouldn't be used near food, or dishes. And if it gets sprayed by accident, the dishes should be washed and rinse; and the food discarded. One can use it to sanitize a counter top, or a table, but it must be completely wiped before placing meals on it. It does clean and disinfect efficiently, and without leaving heavy residues behind.
