ALBASA MOI MOI MIX 11oz Made With 100% Peeled Beans, Spices and Seasoning, No Fillers, No Additives, Gluten Free

I was very skeptical about this product at first but I was tired of washing beans before making Moi-moi. I was pleasantly surprised by the way this product turned out. It was very easy to use with the detailed instructions provided. I did have to add some more pepper and chicken bullion seasoning but it turned out very well. I served it at a family gathering and it was gobbled up within minutes! Everyone was very impressed with it. I will definitely be buying more soon.

I honestly didnt know what to expect and I am not a native from Nigeria but wanted an easy make for my husband. I followed the directions but I didn't know I had to make it sit for 2 hours before steaming it. He said the mix was watery so I added a lil more bouillon. I used 7 moi moi bags and added a half boiled egg and steamed them over the stove. 45 mins later they were ready but a lil salty for my taste. Next time I won't add more bouillon. Consistency was similar to home made. Taste wasn't bad because nothing beats from scratch. I ate 2 and there's 5 more remaining.

I mixed the Ingredients as instructed and it never formed through boiling, I had to bake it & even then it tasted like powder. Never again
