Does this material stretch easily to cover irregular shape surfaces?

I covered my Husbands boat seats with it several years ago and they are still great.. The seats are shaped oddly and I stretched it just fine..

Any glue suggested for this product? Thank you.

Awful!!!!! It’s peeling. Definitely not weatherproof. For all the time and money I put into installing it and to have it come apart is ridiculous.
