Easy adapter for MBZ OEM antenna wire connector to aftermarket car radio.
This thing works great, but could be a little shorter. The Mercedes radio antenna wire connector is some odd, non-standard connector. This non-standard connector can be good/bad, depending on certain factors. It stays flush with the stock radio, but with this adapter going into an aftermarket radio, can be flexed hard, breaking the tiny copper antenna conductor (wire) inside the antenna cable. Since the adapter is rather long, the antenna wire can be flexed "backwards" and tweaked, breaking the antenna wire. If the adapter was a bit shorter, the antenna wire would be more flush with the back of the radio, and could be easily zip tied to the back of the radio with a zip tie mount.

Not made for MB
I own a 00 SLK230. The description says it's compatible however it's not. Don't be fooled. There's a reason they don't show you the side of the plug you need to see.
