Her books are ADORABLE and more creative than crochet patterns for amigurumi. I bought this and her Christmas crochet 2 off her website haakpret dot com or dot nl. Just go to the english pattern books on there. The instructions are great and the photos are so beautiful. Some of the character sweaters even have little simplified Fair Isle nordic patterns that are just adorable.

Book looks amazing but why why not available

This is a very well presented and detailed book, with lots of photos to help you to create the characters, although it is quite pricey. I have made both the Easter Rabbit and the Mother Goose so far, which have turned out just about as expected, using the Scheepjes Stonewashed XL.One thing I would say is, if you are doing the Mother Goose, in the Scheepjes Stonewashec XL yarn, please get two balls of yarn for the Cape, plus the one ball for the polka dots, as the one specified in the book is absolutely not enough! I have contacted the designer and she has told me she puts two balls in her kits, but only states one ball in the pattern, so please just be aware.

I was really disappointed when this book or should I say booklet arrived, I paid £17!! For it, the patterns are easy enough to follow if you are skilled at crochet but are in US crochet terms, I felt it was not value for money, I have purchased quite a lot of crochet books through amazon the majority of which have been excellent value, this book has 2 patterns the rabbit and the goose that are not available online without high cost to purchase separately, all the other patterns are available for free online, so the cost of £17 I feel is too great for 2 toy patterns in effect

I purchased this book recently and so far have made 4 peter rabbits and two geese. I found the patterns easy to follow. The pictures really help. I have only been doing crochet for two years so you don't have to be an expert to read it.

This is a wonderful book. Coloured pictures are delightful and straightforward instructions just completes a well thought out book. I feel that I can indulge myself like eating a lovely chocolate cake knowing that I'am not going to put on any extra weight. What more can you ask for. Knowing how much you can pay for a single pattern for one character; the amount of projects included in this book makes it astounding value for money. I am so pleased with my purchase and a big thank you to the designer for such a brilliant collection of patterns.

Great book easy patterns to follow they make very nice teddies. Adults and children love these teddies. This book is one of the best books I have brought
