My cat loves it - but the battery life is really short
Jim was unsure about this at first and hid from it, but he's obsessed with it now. I'm away at work 8 hours a day so I got this because of the setting that turns it on periodically. It keeps him active and stops him from going stir-crazy during the day alone (he's an indoor cat). The only bad things are the noise from the motor (it doesn't scare him but it does distract him from the laser sometimes) and the battery life. It takes 3 AAA batteries and dies after a couple of days (luckily I also bought rechargeable batteries).

It can work OK. But a few things to know first.
It can work OK. But a few things to know first.1) Very loud.2) Battery life with rechargeable is OK but not amazing.3) Depending on age/intellignece of cat/kitten this might not work as expected.4) The base does NOT have to be attached (allowing for different widths).5) IMHO not enough verticle variation, would have liked a little more.If you have a playtent for the cat pop it in there and they will love it!If you have a smaller lounge, take the base off and it won't spread so far.You can selotape a lightweight toy with a rod to the top for added fun.Overall it works OK for some short time periods, but the kitten quickly works out the noisey thing is where the lazers are and become less impressed (it is a little repetitive) changing things up (as mentioned above - changing height / position) keeps things fresh and intersting.Overall it is a fair price for a fair product.

My cat loves this!
I only have to shout ‘Poppie do you want your toy on’ and my cat runs 100 miles an hour and crouches in front of it! 🐈⬛. We put rechargeable batteries in it as it’s on loads.

Not as good as my old one
Works ok but my cats don’t play with this one and still like my old cheaper one as this one is either to high or you set it to low and the cats just knock it over

They love it!
The media could not be loaded. It can be a tad noisy when used in the same room but my moggies love their playtime. My ragdoll even taps the toy when it’s off to say it’s playtime!!

Laser lazy
Bought to entertain my 4 month old kittens, I liked that the motion was random and had two lasers so they could both play. They do chase it but not for long and generally lay down and fall asleep next to it or push it over. Also it's battery operated not chargeable/operational from mains and doesn't have a timer which would have been useful. They prefer the hand held laser games we play.
