Not as creamy as arborio. Maybe specialists like it but for us home cooks arborio is better in my opinion.

Ottimo prodotto per risotti eccezionali chicchi grossi, confezione integra sottovuoto, gusto morbido e gustoso con qualsiasi condimento. Regge benissimo la cottura anche se dovesse superare i suoi Giusti minuti.
