This holds my AsRock AMD Radeon 6800 XT, which is one chunky boy. I see no problem this bracket holding RTX 2060

Does it support 4080 gpu ?

Yes it just uses 3 screws that go into the case so along as you have enough holes it'll fit in my case I have a nzxt h510 elite case which has 5 removable panels on the side were you screw in the gpu my gpu needs 2 screws then the bracket uses three just check how many screws your gpu uses and how many ur case has
