Please tighten the cap before shipping. When I received my last bottle, it had opened inside plastic envelope and I lost product out of the container. I really like the product so I didn't return it and ask for a brand new bottle. I will order again in the near future. Thank you.

Product came empty!!!!
I love this product so much, but I’m extremely disappointed with the packaging. It got delivered today and it came empty. When I opened the package was really wet and the bottle was half open. I paid almost $30 for an empty Aveda bottle.
