Purchased a 7/8 for my tall, skinny daughter. Material is very cheap feeling and looking. When she tried it on, it’s tight around her chest area when she breathes in. If you purchase, definitely order a size up and have altered as necessary. You can always take a dress in, but can’t add material to let it out.My daughter picked this out for an upcoming choir event. I should’ve looked further into the negative reviews before purchasing, but I went ahead and got it because it was what she asked for. Thank goodness this is only for 1 event because I’m afraid it will not hold up being washed.

I thought the dress would be more ankle length, but still very cute

Beautiful dress. It is as described. The only flaw for me would be the ribbon that ties around the waist. It was very delicate and fell off within an hour of being tied around my daughter's waist. She is a normal 5yr old and not large for her age. It is a longer fitting dress and the lace shows up nicely around her ankles. The sleeves are not tight fitting to the arms/shoulders. The inner lining is not sewn to the dress. Without the ribbon to secure the dress at the waist, the inside dark blue material and the outer lace material will be free floating from each other at the waist-line. It is not overly noticeable and not a deal breaker for me. I do wish the ribbon hadn't torn right off, that's why it lost a star.

It will be so perfect for Christmas & her Christmas concert!As others said, it does run a little big I suggest going down one size! My daughter usually wears a 5/6 and the 4/5 in this dress fit her perfect!Amazing customer service!

This dress is beautiful and looks like it cost a lot more than it did. I got my daughter the sleevless one in the navy blue and it is so pretty. We are doing a vintage train photo shoot next month and this dress is perfect for the vintage theme of the shoot. Fits perfectly, very true to size. My daughter is 10 and wears a kids' size 10 for the most part. I got her the 10-11 year old size and it fits her like a glove. The dress is tea length, so it's a bit on the longer side. I really love it, and can see her wearing it for Christmas as well. Perfect dressy dress for the price!

Just beautiful. I bought it for my daughter for her third birthday. She is tall for her age about 38.5 in tall and about 37 lb. I bought the size 3 to 4 years and it was just perfect fit for her. The dress was long and came to her ankles looked like a flowy princess dress. People were asking me where I bought it and were surprised that I got it from Amazon. The lace is very soft and comfortable.

I'm super disappointed. The reviews led me to believe this dress is quality - but it's so cheap looking. Every now and then, I'll find something darling for my daughter at a really good price - in this case, I got what I paid for. The interior lining feels like what cheap halloween costumes are made out of and the outer sheer/lacy material is just super poor quality. It looks and feels like a $5 dress.

I ordered a size 5/6, my petite girl wears a 6, this dress was baggy and long. The material is very thin and I don’t expect it up to handle more than a few washes. (Update- hem around zipper began unraveling after 3 washes and after 4th wash it wasn’t wearable). However, it was gorgeous and the color was spot on. My little girl wore it for a Christmas themed dance and never complained about being uncomfortable.

A very pretty dress and good value for money. Fits my recently turned 4 years old really well. She is taller than average. So a good length for her.
