I like and trust this brand and have been using them for years. Their ingredients are fresh in flavor and dissolve nicely in the mouth. Unfortunately the last 6 to 8 months I have noticed more and more of a gray haze on these golden colored B vitamins when it's first opened. I know this happens the longer you have the bottle after it's opened, regardless of the desiccant pack inside. I have issue with the current bottle I just opened today when a solid dark grey pill rolled into my hand when I opened the seal, as well multiple pills inside with the grey haze already starting on them. This issue needs to be addressed by the company or I will have to start looking for a different company to supply my vitamins.

I have purchased the Superior Source B Complex for years at my natural grocery store and never have I had one that smelled like rotten eggs! Both boxes were bad. One smelled worst than the other. The expiration date it's not until next year. So the question is why did these pills go bad?Because these pills are simple without added fillers or preservatives I would think that they could easily go bad if they are not stored in a regulated cool warehouse or in somebody's hot garage. Or even just transporting them from one place to another in a hot vehicle could have easily damaged them.Very rarely I have any issues with the quality of supplements that I have ordered in the past with Amazon. Before I buy anything I do read the reviews. Reading the low reviews from this supplement though were a personal view of some customers and not that they received a bad batch. Sometimes vitamins are tart or taste strong for some individuals.Will definitely be returning these smelly guys back. 🐣

These B tablets really do seem to be working for me. I feel a bit more energy a bit after I take one. I only take one at the moment, but the suggested dosage is 2 tablets. I expect it'll take more time to see the full effect. I did want to mention the taste, which is considerable. I recommend swallowing them, because all the other reviewers are right, they taste pretty bad. Supposedly cherry flavored, but it's pretty far from any fruit I ever came across, lol.

I have been taking this B vitamin complex for a few years. It has just the right mount of the B's in my opinion. I sometimes just take one a day and that seems to work well although the directions state to take two. I follow how I feel and one works fine for me. I always get a little boost of energy after taking. I notice that my hair and nails grow nice and healthy, too. I like the fact that you just put the tablet, (it's small) under your tongue and let it dissolve. There are very few ingredients in this which I appreciate as well. And, the price cannot be beat whatsoever. If you are needing a boost of energy or just don't feel you get enough b vitamins from you daily diet, give these a try. I have always come back to this brand after trying others. So, that tells me that I have not found a better B complex. Superior Source has several other vitamin available that are sublingual. I have tried their vitamins A and D in the sublingual tablet and was satisfied with those, too. I think it's a trusted brand if you're looking to enhance your health with vitamins.

Worked well and good results until this order. Pills were discolored(dark) instead of light to medium pink, and tasted stale. I probably should have stopped taking but I trusted the brand. Also, the expiration date shows six months from now so that helped. I have a prescription for b complex & these worked in the past but my condition noticeably declined after a week of this bottle & I had to rush to find another brand potent enough. Didn't return, but now reluctant to reorder after over a year of good results! Please check.

Have you ever sadistically bit into a vitamin and was overwhelmed by the nasty taste? That's what this tastes like. I have never experienced a sublingual pill so gross. Why 5 stars? Well it's B-cause *rimshot* I needed a super B complex with a high level of B-9 (Folic acid). So now I no longer have to take 4 pills. This taste lingers. I'm still trying to decide if this was the right way to go. I like natural/health-nut things, so for me to complain about this, it guarantees the taste is horrid. Potent and jam-packed with B galore AND biotin but...you've been warned.
