I sleep with a contoured neck pillow and the shape is bigger than most pillows as far as width. This pillow case is gusseted and also made of stretchy material. Fits the pillow perfectly! Material is also soft. Definitely would buy again.

looked small but fit perfectly
when i took this out of the packaging i thought there was no way it was going to fit - but it did! and perfectly! i was tired of having regular pillow cases on my contoured cervical pillow, they were always way too big, crumpling up and took away from the point of the cervical pillow. i'm so happy i found this pillow case.
