I ordered cacao from this company the first time. The cacao has a very rich chocolaty flavor. Already when opening the bag the flavor hits you. The service of this seller is prompt and very friendly. When my order arrived from Amazon I noticed that the bag containing the cacao had a tiny hole from which cacao powder was released. This despite the fact that the Amazon packaging had no damage. I contacted the seller, provided the info on what occurred and asked for how to proceed. The service person immediately informed that they will replace the bag and within just a few days I had a new bag of this great tasting cacao. When it’s empty I will most likely buy another one.

Purchased this over some formidable competitors, due to price, and quality. Based on amount of Fat to Carbohydrate and Fiber amounts, I can see that it was very minimally processed right from the raw cacoa bean, no excess heat or chemical alterations which happen by other supposed raw cacao suppliers. Especially wanted to use a un dutch process cacao rather than a cocoa powder, flavor is milder but very tasty and all the benefits health wise that the cacao can provide. Blends into hot or cold drinks or bakery products easily. Second time purchasing, increased my stars accordingly, up one to 5, very pleased, also from Switzerland.

This is a minimally processed "super food". I use it mostly to make sugar-free hot chocolate & chocolate milk. You can for sure get a rich, dark semi-sweet chocolate flavor with this powder. I normally use stevia or monk fruit, but grade A maple syrup is really a great sweetener for your chocolate project!

This Natural Foods Organic Cacao Powder is really fresh and finely textured. It mixes very well, and you can be making chocolate bars in as little as ten minutes. The 5 pound size will make quite a few bars and keep you busy for a while. I got the molds and wrappers right here on Amazon which made everything so easy. I have been sharing the chocolate bars with my family and my neighbors.Although, I like the dark chocolate bars the best. Its easy to make milk chocolate bars with this chocolate powder too. Just add a little powdered milk. It mixes well with this chocolate powder too. Three ingredients and your ready to create yummy chocolate. Because of this brands consistency and quality, I will for sure purchase again soon.

This is the first cacao powder I’ve tried so, unfortunately I have nothing but good old cocoa powder to compare it to. I can tell you, from someone that has suffered headaches everyday, for over seven years, I’ve found some relief. Not to mention, it mixes well with many things. Shakes, overnight oats, chocolate milk-(use pure cane sugar), it mixes well with many things and with many things like, ice cream, it sweetens just fine with the ice cream alone and there’s only 4 ingredients in homemade ice cream. It’s very smooth and rich and it gives you a little longer boost than most caffeine drinks. I hope this helps someone and I plan on trying another but, this one is fine for now and the price was very moderate so, I think I’ll keep it awhile… The health benefits are great, it has a robust, hearty smell, not too overbearing, it easily mixes with a lot of things, I like it. Just a table spoon in your favorite shake, overnight oats or snack… I usually don’t carry on about a product but, this stuff is rich and you almost feel bad for indulging, until you realize, it’s good for you… In Moderation of Course…

I add it to my coffee every morning for a moka flavor, it’s very rich in flavor and easy to disolve, love it!!
