Basic puzzle and incredibly flimsy (the pieces have 3mm gaps between them). Good for real beginners to wooden puzzles but not challenging at all.

I bought this for my sister and my father.. they love puzzles and they are both very impatient people.. it was the perfect way to get back at them.. I can only imagine them getting extremely annoyed and throwing this across the room..Btw my sister called me and said that she couldn't go to sleep unless she finished the puzzle and that it was very annoying and she got so mad.. best money spent... the puzzle itself is of good quality and very beautiful..

Its nice to look at, but if you wanted a challenging puzzle this one is NOT the one to get. The real challenge is putting it back together, but you have to be careful putting it down, it will just fall back apart. (I had to stuff a few tiny cut pieces of paper inside to make it tight.)The better one is the cylinder, if you want a challenge from the beginning to putting it back together. (it fits tighter together).

I bought this puzzle as a desk ornament. For an item claiming "Luxurious feel and delicately hued toned, hand crafted by the finest master craftsmen using only time-honored traditional methods and techniques." you would excpect better build quality.It is very shoddily built. everything jiggles and the whole puzzle sometimes falls apart just by bumping into or touching it. This thing is about as sturdy as a game of jenga. The attached video demonstrates this.Also, be aware that this is not the classic 6 piece wooden ball puzzle. this puzzle contains 6 pieces but they are of three different shapes. This version is much simpler to solve, and less rewarding.

Very well made, and delivered quickly. The wood is very good looking, and you can tell that the puzzle was constructed all from the same block of wood. This is distinguishing. Most wood puzzles cannot make this same claim. I got this to assist with a bigger (and more pieces) big brother type of this puzzle that I purchased elsewhere. This was just the trick! The puzzle is tight when done, which is what is desired when in whole. No one wants a loose puzzle sitting on their desk do they? This tightness is not so much as to make the puzzle difficult to put together/take apart however. I'm next off to see what else they make to add to my puzzle collection!
