Review: Great for muscle building! - Bought this because I needed a new creatine, was not a fan of my previous formula. This has zero carbs and sugar free plus has a great amount of creatine which helps with my goal of gaining muscle mass. Review: (+) Creatine + beta-alanine is a nice convenience (-) Proprietary blend - Creatine and beta-alanine are on a very short list of supplements every lifter should take, so it's nice to see a product that offers them in combination while addressing zero-sugar needs, etc. The problem with this product is that the actual creatine-BA blend is a prop blend, which means that the manufacturer doesn't tell us how much of each is in the supplement. That forces users to overdose 'just in case.' A better solution is to measure and mix creatine and BA yourself and keep the mix in a spare tub or canister. Given this unfortunate drawback, I can't recommend this supplement.

Best Creatine
Best Creatine on the market! Creatine clear is a combo of creatine citrate and beta alanine which helps Creatine absorbtion and makes it extremely effective. If you are serious about performance this is ur way to go

Works Quickly, No Loading, No Sugar.
Great for lo-carb cutting phase. Great pumps and faster recovery time. Easy on the stomach. Mixes easily with water.

clear creatine that mixes well with whey smoothies
EBN now has a sugar free, carb free creatine formula. This can be mixed with something else, to make it have a taste. It is effervescent. Creatine helps build muscle, increase strength and recovery. If you have any kidney or liver issues - do not use this product - or any creatine product. Do not use if you have diabetes. Do not use if you are bi-polar. It stacks well with whey protein after your workout to help feed your muscles and help with lean muscle. Creatine can build up testosterone levels and if you are low in creatine, this will help raise creatine levels. Vegetarians have lower creatine levels.

Sugar-free supplement
My son has been using creatine as part of his pre-workout routine. I ordered this for him, but the whole family has tried it I note that most of the other reviews were written by people who mixed the powder in with their smoothies, although the directions specify mixing it with water, which is how we have used it. The powder begins effervescing as soon as it hits the water, turning the water bright pink. It does not look very appealing, and the flavor is even less inviting: an odd combination of sweet, salty, and bitter, kind of like lemonade gone wrong. Although it's sugar-free, it does have sucralose, a zero-calorie artificial sweetener. Getting past the appearance and taste, a few other issues stand out: * The product includes both creatine and beta-alanine, a total of 6.17 g/serving, but no information about how much of each substance is in a serving. * A scoop is included, but the serving size is 1.5 scoops. Puzzling. Why not include a scoop that holds one serving? Two scoops per serving would work too. But 1.5? Why bother with the scoop in that case? * The instructions say to stir and wait 2-3 minutes for the powder to dissolve. We have waited a lot longer than that, and the powder does not dissolve. The product seems no more or less effective than its competitors, but with such drawbacks, we won't be getting it again.

Decent Creatine Blend. Not flavorless.
First thing, definitely read the instructions. If you are like me you might be inclined to mix this in a blender bottle. Boy that was a mistake. On the side, it specifically reads that it is effervescent so it needs room to breathe. else you're going to get an explosion of mess all over your living room... like someone I know. :) TASTE Although this says it is unflavored there is a lot of citric acids and vitamin C, etc in it and it has an unmistakable tartness. It is definitely a citrus flavor. I wouln't call it bad. I've grown to kinda like it before my workouts. It's also very pink which has made me associate it with a grapefruit kind of flavor... but a kind of sour grapefruit. I like to mix my creatine and beta alanine in with a pre-workout protein shake, they are usually pretty tasteless. Not so with this stuff. It did not mix well with my "Extreme milk Chocolate" >_< MIXABILITY The instructions say to mix and let sit for 3 minutes after that there is a fine powder that rests at the bottom and does not dissolve. At this point, you can shake it up without worrying about an explosion. But I'd still say it's not a very soluable mix. Creatine rarely is though. INGREDIENTS Another thing i think is important to consider before you buy is that this is not just creatine. This is a blend that includes vitamin C, B12, potassium, and Beta-Alanine. If like me you are already taking other supplements or mixing your own pre-sup this is something you'll want to consider. Over all I think it's a decent mix for someone who just wants a basic blend to get started with. For the price and what it is I'm not really impressed so I probably won't try it again. But it's not a bad mix. Worth a try.
