I'm a huge fan of Evlution Nutrition and all their products, ever since I started a routine using their vitamins, supplements, and products I have noticed my overall health and well being has skyrocketed. They provide great value for a great product, and the Collagen Peptides is another example.In regards to the Collagen Peptides, I have one scoop every morning in my coffee, I mix it with a tablespoon of grassfed butter and MCT oil. I love that it's a fine powder and unflavored so it mixes and tastes well with my coffee. I take it every morning with my breakfast after my workout. I genuinely feel like it gives me a boost of good energy with the coffee, and I have noticed since I've started taking it, I get a little more pep in my step than I used to with just regular coffee. My hair and nails feel stronger and healthier, my skin is definitely clearer and less greasy, and I feel like my joints are smoother and less painful. I used to take Chondroitin, however it didn't really do much for me, I feel like this does quite a bit more for me, and I'm very happy to be taking it every day.Overall it's a fantastic product. These collagen peptides have honestly changed the way I feel about my hair, skin, and nail health. When I first tried them about a year ago I remember loving how my skin looked after just the first week! Then I ran out and wasn't able to place an order until the next month, and my skin was NOT happy about that lapse in collagen. I immediately was breaking out again, and I could feel the difference. UPDATE 11/25: I have now been taking these daily for several months (since July). I have seen AMAZING results. My hair dresser questioned me on what I’ve been doing differently because she is seeing amazing new growth/volume coming in. I did not say anything about these to her but she was able to tell such a difference as soon as she put her hands in my hair! I have very thin/flat hair so that made me so happy.
