Chinese Cooking Class Cookbook Paperback – 1 January 1991

Love this book! I bought another copy to give to my son in law to be, after having it for about 30 years. The recipes are very simple, using store cupboard ingredients instead of expensive strange ones. Can't recommend highly enough.

I wanted the version shown above but I received the updated, revised version. The recipes are different so I’m not very pleased with my purchase!

Heehee. The recipes are amazing, like proper Chinese takeaway. I had this book years ago and I lost it. Glad I have it again.

Some very nice recipes and easy to follow, the Chinese bbq pork is wow, my mum made it from her copy that she has had for about 15 years and this made me want a copy ... And sush a great price

The recipes looks quite good, more in a take away kind of way than in an authentic chinese-style cooking, I think. There are a lot of recipes but very few vegetarian (actually for mains/sides only one!!!). A lot of them are deep-fried (although I don't think you need to deep-fry most of them).
