When I first got this I had my doubts, it seemed really slow. REALLY slow! I was going to send it back, horrified, but I saw a ‘contact Amazon support’ option so I did that instead.They were brilliant 😁Basically, they talked me through some updates…It took over a day to get all the updates downloaded and installed, there were a lot!!Once that was done it is a perfectly good laptop and it was really cheap. It doesn’t look cheap. Also get a free upgrade to windows 11. Result!

Well specced machine
For the price it compares well to more expensive machines. As it is not used for gaming or any data heavy programs, it’s perfectly suitable for limited needs of a home office.
