Love my Seville Classics airLIFT Computer Desk Table. I was able to put it together myself - best instructions ever! It was a bit heavy to lift upright because of the glass top and I did get my husband to assist me to lift it up. That is O.K. with me because I love the look and ease of clean up of the glass top. I also want a sturdy desk that my granddaughter can't knock over. The lift is SO QUIET!! Elegant! Upon purchase, I had read about how you may have to "reset" the controls. One day, the desk was not responding. I had forgotten about the reset. I contacted Seville and on that day, which was a Monday and a holiday. Didn't expect to hear back so soon. Started to panic that my joy with the desk was over. However, I got an email response shortly after my email with the solve for my desk - the reset. Made my day. The reset may have been because I had unplugged it the day before. It has been a great experience with Seville!

My first desk arrived with the glass cracked, which was likely a shipping problem. The second one arrived with the glass desk portion disconnected from the frame, which was likely a warehouse error from Seville. I highly doubt the third one will arrive without damage. Armando at Seville has been responsive, but I'm still out three weeks, a lot of labor, and not an insignificant amount of money. I'm frustrated!

4.5/5 stars. For the price, this is a very solid and sleek looking standing desk. Most of the competitors I looked at for an equivalent were around $600.My desk did not function properly (would not raise or lower) when I first received it. Not sure why they have a customer service number, they WILL NOT answer. However, I was able to get the issues resolved via email. They sent me a new panel (which was extremely easy to install) and it has worked perfectly since.

I like everything except the memory buttons. You have to push a lot to try and get it to move up and down. It says to push it twice, but sometimes I have to push it like 5 times or more to get it to work. I guess I don't have the magic touch. That is the main disadvantage that makes me think it is not worth the value

Super sturdy and it couldn’t be easier to assemble. There’s way too much packaging for 3 parts. The save buttons work when they want to on double tap but work fine if depressed. The black glass model is sharp but shows every single finger print but that’s my fault for not thinking of that. Also, the glass does NOT work with a mouse so you’ll need a mouse pad, which is annoying.
