How long do they stay fresh after opening?

At the coffee shop I worked at I believe they stayed fresh for about a month after opening

Is this chocolate any similar to the chocolate sauce? Or simply a syrup?

Chocolate Syrup and Puremade Dark Chocolate Sauce are separate product lines. Puremade Dark Chocolate Sauce is made with dutched cocoa, has a thick consistency. The Chocolate Syrup is made up of water, pure can sugar and natural flavors, which is much thinner. They both taste like Chocolate but the sauce is a bit more indulgent.

Can they be mixed with Sodastream carbonated water?

Yes, we highly recommend using Torani with a soda stream. You will be amazed by the flavor! It is very easy to make. Just add Torani Sugar Free Syrup to the carbonated water in a 1:8 ratio or to taste. Since 1L is ~33 oz., I’d go with 3 oz. product (6 Tbsp.). It’s really forgiving though, and you can just pour in the syrup until it gets to where you like. Enjoy!
