Q: Will this hat survive if I pack it in luggage? Can it be rolled up, then steamed a bit to freshen, or does it need to pack relatively flat? Thanks!

Since the hat is huge, I packed it in the bottom of my luggage and stuffed the head part with clothing or tissue paper. Then I packed around it. It was kind of squished so I then packed it in the top of the suitcase and it came out in perfect condition. That was in a large checked suitcase. Another time I carried it on. I have never steamed my hat or ironed it. Don't know if it will harm it. I think the hats are made of some type paper. I love this hat so much I have it in 3 other colors.

My head is 23 1/4 and the hat fits very comfortably. Does not sit high and is not difficult to place.

24 1/2 inches from brim to brim. The head opening is 7 1/2 inches across.

Q: How many inches is the inner circumference of this hat? I have a 24" head(hat size 7 5/8-7 3/4) and am hoping this hat will work.

The inner circumference of the hat is about 23 1'2". The diameter of the circle that fits over the head is 7 1/2. I think it should fit fine.
