I have several trailers at our cabin (boats, snowmobiles, enclosed) that are constantly needing to be moved around. My smaller truck has an 1 1/4" hitch on it (new) and I wanted to be able to use my 2" balls on it. This works PERFECTLY. At first I didn't think this was going to fit and I would have to return like other reviewers stated, however after closer inspection I realized that between the hitch and reciever the was just some extra paint causing it not to fit. A block of wood and a hammer and this thing fit perfectly. You want it to fit as snugly as possible and this does. The first time you remove it it is a pain but after that it slides in and out no problem. A little WD helps too

Exactly what I needed to adapt 1 1/4 ATV receiver to standard 2” to mount a cargo rack. Only problem, the pin attachment hole was drilled on an angle and I had to re-drill the hole in order to get the pin through. If not for that manufacture defect, it would have been a “5”.

I needed a heavy duty receiver to pull a trailer I use to haul firewood. This is a solid piece that can be depended on. A good buy on my part.

Exactly what I was expecting. I'm using it for my heavy duty bike rack, which needs a 2" receiver. My SUV has a two inch receiver, but I bought a small care that only has a 1 1/4" receiver. Rather than buy another bike rack, this hitch adapter solves the problem.

This was just what I needed to extend my hitch on my 2012 Kawasaki Mule 4010 and allow me to use standard automotive hitches.

Very pleased with the product and the price. Seems well built and has a heavy powder coat finish. Currently using to adapt for a mobility scooter carrier. This should last forever.

Overall this item did work as advertised. It secured my bikes and allowed us to adapt from a 1 1/4 hitch to a 2” bike rack. My only issue is . . . This didn’t provide a tight fit from our car hitch to the adapter. There is too much slack which makes for a loose fit. My bike rack swayed more than I’d like. I think this is standard for this type of adapter. At the end of the day it did work and we reach our destination with everything in tack.

The adapter is well made, no quality problems. However it did not fit in my hitch receptacle, it's a tad too big...

good fast delivery and exactly as described, only issue is one day in rain and already rusted but that's because it's steel.
