It’s hard to find L-Thanine (I cheat if I can get it as a gummy) it’s not sweet so no added sugar. I take 2 before starting my day, this works great for me. The price was great, you get 2 (Yayyy) for better than the price of one. Keeps me calm and stress levels low.

I first bought these because the ingredients matched the ones in my melatonin gummy minus the melatonin. Since I knew I didn’t react super well to melatonin alone I figured maybe I’d do better without the melatonin at all. I was correct! For me l-theanine helps me relax enough to organically fall asleep. It does not cause me to have long, realistic dreams like melatonin does. I don’t wake up groggy. The only thing that may be a downside compared to something intended for sleep is if I’m supposed to be going to bed, but get distracted by Tiktok I’m able to override that relaxation and stay up. I actually prefer this to something like diphenhydramine because in the event of an emergency I think I’d be better able to wake up and do what needs to be done.Let it be noted this could all be a placebo effect since we don’t have much data on the active ingredients. Individual responses could vary widely.The gummies have a nice flavor and texture so if it’s benefits are all a placebo, it’s a delicious candy!

I've ordered the 2 pack 2x. Each time $10.61 for 2 bottles. I won't pay $38 for 2 bottles. These ingredients do help but I'll look for a similar cheaper product.

My teen child has anxiety that peaked out these last few years. These gummies, while not the best tasting, are edible and my child has noticed a difference in taking them and when she misses. She definitely has a better time dealing with stress.

I have been taking this for at least 4 months the first bottle my sister introduced to me and then after I finished the bottle I realized that they worked and I ordered again and I realized also the difference of talking to people was more calmer and by my 3rd bottle I became a more mellow guy and very hard to get me angry because before any word can make me angry but after taking these gummies I saw a big difference change but you really have to continue taking them because once I stopped I wanted to see if I still be nice and relaxed and unfortunately no and I reordered a couple of bottles cause I like how I was while on them more energy focused and happy mood I swear that it worked on me but in order to get to where I am you need to be on them at least a c o uple of months. That's my honest opinion and I hope it can be helpful

They worked okay but with the bottle being half empty and the price gouging. I'm never buy these again. It's almost 3x more now which is ridiculous.

I bought these just to try out over time; I prefer the brand so I wanted to see if I could diversify. Although they mostly appear to do what they say, they're not my favorite, partly coz I don't like chewable gummies in general but also justthe effectiveness. Sticking to Nerve Tonic and Calm - even though the formulas seem to change quite often.
