Old use and defective solenoid valve being sold as new
Gave 1 star rating as it was the minimum that I can do.The valve sent to me is not only an OLD, USED and Defective one but also shouldn't be considered a valve at all as in NC state the water flow continues.I had a real bad experience with the product.The price too is on the higher side with respect with the quality of the product that is being sold.I would love to return it and get my money back but unfortunately the return window is closed.It would had been good if there was a return policy beyond the return window in Amazon for the products in which multiple complaints has been registered.
