This is a top quality product. Looks classy and has enough space for those 3-4 day trips. Stout is the word I’d use to describe it. If you buy it you made the right choice.

I have now taken this terrific bag on two city trips, Boston and NYC, and navigating my way through both cities with this sturdy, beautifully-made bag was a breeze. I was able to fill the bag with what I needed, with room to spare, the zipper was tough and slid into place with no issues, and the attachable leather strap fit perfectly and gives you ample support to wear it over your shoulder.In short, for this price point, this is an incredible leather bag to own, certainly the best I've ever had, and it is, indeed, the real thing. It also looks better than it appears in the picture, when it's usually the reverse. You also get detailed care instructions, a note from the maker, and it arrives beautifully packaged showing that the craftsmanship and professionalism extends beyond the bag itself. It is one of the best purchases I have ever made on Amazon.

Bought as a Christmas gift for my son. He loves it and uses it as his travel bag. It's big enough to pack for a week and looks really good.

If I could give this bag 10 points, I would gladly do so. I own five KomalC bags, and they're all outstanding, but, even among these, this one is remarkable. It is made of sturdy leather and beautifully finished. I examined it carefully, and found no flaws whatsoever in the construction. I have seen lesser, if similar, bags marketed by "Fancy Name" sellers at three times the price of this bag. At the same time, for all of its leather construction, the bag is remarkably light in weight. There's also no question that it will meet carryon requirements, even for regional airlines.I can find absolutely nothing negative to say about this 20" bag. It fits my purposes exactly, and will last well beyond my remaining years on this earth. KomalC (Komal Chaudhari, the founder and owner of the company) is that increasingly-rare merchant: one whom one can trust implicitly. Compare Mr. Chaudhari's prices to his competition. His are on the low side. From the bags I own personally, I can speak from experience to say his products are among the finest available anywhere. Judging by my own purchases from Mr. Chaudhari's companies, I can guarantee that you can buy his outstanding leather products, made in India by gifted artisans, with COMPLETE confidence. The zipper broke an I have no way to contact the seller or manufacturer. I was told that there was a lifetime warranty. But there’s no one to contact. I’m very disappointed because the bag is beautiful and a great shape with the main zipper is completely broken. Making the beautiful bag useless.

I was skeptical of these many good reviews, specially for leather good this is rare to happen. I tried another brand, 30% cheaper, the leather quality was much worse, different panels being different quality or heavily died with a die that could be rubbed off. This product, still reasonable price, really good leather. I tried a tad of rubbing alcohol underneath it, the dye didn't come off either. I really like the real color type of color, and after adding a layer of leatherhoney conditioner, it became a tad darker and the perfect color I liked. (Obviously as they say real leather might have different colors per bag, but they're not mix and matching per bag and it looks very nice).

I bought this bag to give as a gift. One of the reviews suggested treating it with Otter Wax Leather Oil, which I did, with excellent results. The bag is solidly made, spacious, and a good price for real leather.My only cautions on this bag involve the weight and the packaging. It is a heavy bag, definitely designed for a strong male. I don’t think I could lift this bag, no less carry it, once it was packed with clothes, shoes, etc. My second concern involves the packaging. It is packed with care, totally flat. The only way you can expand it to a reasonable normal shape is to stuff it with towels or something similar. The folds left a couple of indentations on the body of the bag that no oil can mitigate. These will not affect the usefulness of the bag, and imperfections on leather are generally acceptable, but this bothered me. So you might want to be prepared for those.There is some odor, but it is mild, and I did not find it bothersome. More leathery than anything else. The medium brown is attractive.

Without a question, 100% genuine thick cowhide that’s stitched well and will likely last many years.I couldn’t decide between the 20” and the 24” bag so I ordered both. I then proceeded to pack the same clothing and accessories into each bag that I normally take on trips and found that the 20” bag was able to fit the same amount as the 24” bag. The shoulder strap is also well made and durable.This is what fit (in both bags; see photos): 1 pair of sneakers; 6 pairs of socks; 6 pairs of underwear; 2 pairs of shorts; 1 pair of running shorts; 1 pair of swim shorts, 6 t-shirts; 1 pair of jeans, 1 hoodie; 1 toiletry bag; a small digital camera; a flashlight; a pair of glasses; 1 kindle; 1 iPad, and 2 hats.The 24” main zipper doesn’t open very wide and doesn’t allow easy access to the interior of the bag.Also, the 24” bag IS NOT TSA approved for carry-on.In conclusion, I recommend the 20” bag if you’re on the fence between it and the 24” bag. The 20” also looks and feels pretty damn bad-ass!
