It is a great idea.
I read many reviews with low scores, but I decided to buy because I liked the great idea of the lights powered by the wind. It is really a low quality product, but mine is still working after a month on my old Jeep. I recommend to attach it to the vehicle with screws.

Didn't work, even driving at 80K, don't buy waste of money
It didn't work, even when driving at 80km, packaging was weak, came apart .....one of the blades was broken off.

Well, what did I expect for ten bucks, plus shipping? [UPDATED]
I just opened the box and had to post ASAP. I am looking forward to see if the broken spinner (front item of second photo) will work with two missing fins. My impression is that it will work, but not as well as expected, based on my blowing on each spinner.What is sad is that there were no lose fins in the packaging, so this was broken before packaging and shipping to the US from China.I really didn't expect much, but this is something of a let down, regardless.[UPDATE!]I received a replacement item very quickly and there is no damage to the replacement item. I am quite pleased with the fast turnaround and glad to see the new items working very well at speeds over 20 MPH. Glad to have this and very appreciative of the quick response from Amazon. Thank you.

Not what I expected
It kind of work. I suppose you have to drive really hard or fast for it to work. I don’t know did it didn’t work that well for me

Not sure I'd say they are fog lights but they do light up well when you get up to speed
