Q: Will this work with a curt 13392 receiver hitch

They pretty much work for any of the flat plugs. Not sure what the wiring harness looks like on the 13392 but you will need to add the screws for wherever you want to place it.

Q: I can not get the wiring harness into the bracket does it need to be pounded in or trimmed?

There are several wiring harness connectors that are found on both the male and female ends of the connector. I would take the bracket to like a West marine or some other place where you can have hands on the connector and find the one that fits and rewire your harness to make that one work. Good luck-M

Q: Will this work with the Draw-tite 75782 hitch?

If your hitch has a mounting flange and the center to center distance on the holes matches, yes it will fit. Some hitches do not have a place to mount a plate, in that case you'd have to mount it to the vehicle. Many Draw-Tite models have a mounting flange.

Q: Why weren't the mounting screws included???

I bought 2 of these (neither fit either of my Jeeps light plugs without modification). One came with screws, around $6.50 or so. The other had NO screws for $4.85. Different vendors. You get what you are looking at, and in all BUT ONE of my previous experiences, Amazon vendors are pretty good and Amazon very supportive .
