Flavorful Mustard
Great sauce. Just like I've had before in restaurants. It's spicy, tangy, with just the right amount of heat. It compliments what you are eating without overwhelming it.

Terrible example of hot mustard
This product is a horrible example of Chinese hot mustard. All packets I tried were not the color the item shows on Amazon and the taste is NOT what any Chinese mustard I've had and I know a good mustard. I just wasted 12 bucks (can't be refunded) for something I'm now going to have to toss in the garbage. Arrrrgh!

Perfect gift for a person who lives this item

Just like the packets from our favorite take-out place
One of our household loves this stuff and puts it on all of the Chinese take-out and on vegetables that I make and serve. (Ok, I got over being offended that my seasoning is not enough for this character.) I finally tried some, after this 100-packet bag arrived. I think it tastes like it has preservatives. I guess I was expecting a wasabi kick, but I just found the taste to be off-putting: It does not taste like mustard and it is not as hot as I expected. HOWEVER, it is JUST what our mustard loving kid expects: it tastes just like the packets from our Chinese restaurant. I will buy more when this runs out. I will never try it again myself. I should give it 5-star for the kid who loves it. But, I find the taste and texture off-putting, so I compromised with a 4 star rating. AND I will buy more when this is gone, even though I like ALL of the other types of Hot Chinese mustard I have found much better. And, as long as I am on a rant... I asked the owner of our take-out place (who is first or second generation Chinese) what she thinks of this Panda mustard and she said she does not use hot mustard on her food. Emphatically, but not unkindly. (I will say that she likes me and always offers me extra, homemade duck sauce - so maybe she loves sweets.)

Great Chinese Mustard Like the Ones Chinese Restaurants Serve
This mustard is exactly the same mustard that all Chinese restaurants serve. And it is inexpensive too boot! I highly recommend this product!

Not very hot
Good flavor. Not hot. Disappointing. Not bright yellow either, kinda dark color, no date so unable to find out if old or expired. Of course it's not returnable.
