I've been getting this brand of shampoo and conditioner for some time now, and I have never gotten a bottle of shampoo that was so watery and didn't lather up. I'm pretty disappointed this time.

Such a disappointing purchase. Don't order from this company. The shampoo is completely watered down. This shampoo is basically water with some shampoo in it. I am so disappointed about this order. I also can't return it because the date has passed. I didn't need it right when it arrived so just recently went to use it. It is pure liquid.

The shampoo was literally opened in the package when I got it. The shampoo is so watered down it doesn’t lather. I have had this shampoo before so I know what the quality should be. DO NOT BUY THIS SHAMPOO!!!

This is not Health Factor. Received a bottle of watered down shampoo. I’ve used S factor products for years and this is not the quality product I’m use to. It’s super liquidy, no scent, and zero lather. Unfortunately I bought multiple bottles.

I never leave reviews but this product is clearly either counterfeit or very expired. Both the shampoo and conditioner smell rancid and the shampoo is a bizarre milky consistency that doesn’t lather, which would make sense if this product was a co-wash, but it’s not. Thankfully I’m still within the return window. Don’t waste your $.

I’ve bought this shampoo and conditioner several times and this one is not the real shampoo. It has not lather at all and watery! Retuning for a refund!

I’ve been using this company for long time The conditioner it’s good but shampoo was not , didn’t have a right texture and didn’t look right . Maybe it was too old or something

I have used this line for many years and always pleased. From this vendor, the shampoo was like water and did not lather.
