IQMIX Hydration Electrolytes Powder Packets, Sampler 8-Count

I love this electrolyte mix because it comes in a variety of flavors, mixes easily with water, and isn't too sweet. They’re healthy, sugar-free, and packed with extra magnesium to give your body the essential minerals it needs. Personally, I prefer to mix them with sparkling water to get a “soda” effect. They’re convenient to use, and you can take them anywhere. My favorite is the iced tea + lemonade flavor.

Another delicious IQ product. The electrolyte powders taste phenomenal. Clean ingredients, refreshing, tasty and portable. I take the packets in my gym bag with my extra water bottle and mix it to drink right after my workout and sauna. It refreshes and hydrates me. Very handy for travel as well to stay hydrated between planes, hotels and rental cars.

I absolutely love this 8-flavor variety pack! Every flavor tastes refreshing and unique, so it never gets boring. I’ve noticed better hydration throughout the day, improved focus and clarity, and even a more balanced mood after adding these to my routine. They mix easily, taste great without being overpowering, and are perfect for busy days or workouts. This variety pack is a fantastic way to try different flavors while getting real benefits — definitely worth it!

I liked the taste of almost all of the flavors. I lean more towards the fruit flavors. It provided excellent hydration after working in the garden.

Bought the variety pack and loved all the flavors- really good! Love that they are sugar free and pricing wasn’t too terrible. Buying again for sure

Couldn’t find any sugar-free electrolytes locally that had all the right stuff in it. Had to order it. After seeing tons of LMNT ads all over the keto and carnivore YouTube videos, I was already sold on it. But I decided to get this brand as well, and boy am I glad I did! I’ll say upfront that this is just my opinion, and somebody else may totally disagree, but the IQ mix was far superior over LMNT. Gagging down LMNT was a real chore, but the IQ mix was enjoyable, especially after I got used to it the first time. For someone who has been strict carnivore for a long time, they might prefer prefer LMNT because there is no sweetness at all. It’s also twice as salty. The saltiness didn’t bother me as much as the really odd and unenjoyable flavor. The IQ mix with the total opposite. Now you can’t compare these electrolytes to a regular drink mix that you add to water. It won’t be a sweet. But it is pretty sweet. So if you’ve been completely sweetener free for a long time, you might not want iq mix, especially if you’ve been a long time carnivore. But if you are a regular keto dieter, or you just recently started keto or carnivore, this might be for you. The flavor was good. It was pretty sweet but (to me) not overly sweet. Definitely salty, but not in a bad way at all. The flavors were really good. And while I didn’t notice much of a difference on LMNT, I definitely felt better on IQ mix. I was hoping for more of an effect, but it was still pretty darn good. I felt less fatigued, almost no brain fog, and I felt more motivated to drink throughout the day. I also felt a lot less hungry. I am definitely re-ordering more! I will drink the rest of the LMNT sample packets while I am waiting for my next IQ mix order to arrive, but I’m not looking forward to it. (To be fair I’ve only had the LMNT mango chili, but it was SUPER gross.) My favorite IQ mix flavors are, in order: blood orange, blueberry pomegranate, and lemon lime. I haven’t had the peach mango yet. I didn’t think I would care much for the lemon lime, but it was actually really nice. If you go into this expecting a drink mix that is less sweet then your average water flavoring packets, and slightly salty, but still plenty of flavor, I think you’ll like this. I also feel like the flavors are a little different than usual, which is nice. I would love to see more flavors come out, That would be great!

IQMIX turned out to be great for hydration, the flavors were refreshing, and I faced fewer moments of brain fog, fatigue, and loss of focus. It has 0g of sugar 1g of carbs, and is full of electrolytes and brain nutrients. Side note, it is a little salty. I’m not against it, I tend to like drinks with a higher sodium quantity, but I wanted to try something new because I do have two autoimmune disorders that affect things such as my immune system (duh), dehydration, hypertension, brain fog, and so forth. I’m trying to find new things that offer support in hydration and electrolytes, as well as taste good, and I was recommended to try this. I didn't find that it was super expensive. I did order it through my subscribe and save, which basically broke it down to each pack being $1.00 a piece, but I won't lie that I have found cheaper alternatives elsewhere. I also cramp incredibly badly due to my body's natural dehydration, so “Charlie horses” pretty much sum that up. I also cramp really bad during my time of the month, and I found that while the strength did not cure it (I didn’t expect it to haha), I could definitely tell a difference in pain level, the length that they lasted, and reoccurrence. I specifically waited to try this in normal everyday use, as well as when I'm on “that time of the month,” so that I could give a review in both situations. Overall, I would recommend giving them a chance, I’m definitely buying again. I hope this helps!!:)
