I picked up this cable first because of the Anker brand and I wasn't disappointed. I wanted something long, durable, and capable of handling fast charging without overheating or disconnecting. Right out of the box, the build quality stands out. These cables are thicker than the cheap ones that come bundled with devices, but they’re still flexible enough to bend easily without feeling stiff or awkward. The 6-foot length is perfect for charging from the couch, bed, or desk without having to sit awkwardly close to an outlet. Charging performance has been consistent and fast when paired with a compatible charger. Devices charge quickly and stay connected without random dropouts, which is something I’ve experienced with lesser cables. The connectors fit snugly and don’t feel loose, even after repeated use. Having two cables in the pack is genuinely useful: one stays by my desk, the other travels. Must also mention it is easy to pack for travels. So far, no fraying, no weird bends, and no “hold it just right” moments. LOL. Overall, this feels like one of those boring but reliable purchases that quietly makes life easier.

I bought this with the intent of having a long cable to plug a PS5 Dual Sense controller into a USB C jack on my PC. It works great for that purpose. If you're looking to do the same, be aware that even though this cable works, there can still be points of failure inside your PC, if the USB C chipset or the cable connecting it to the case are not up to the 480 Mbps requirement. Manufacturers love to cut corners on USB C components. See the attached image of this cable on my tester. I was surprised to see not all the pins are used. Their chips seem to be smart enough that it still transmits 480 Mbps even without all the pins. I am not able to test the PD capability of the cable. The build quality and materials seem good, though they make the cable a little bit stiff. You might, for example, have a hard time fitting this into a small carrying case for your Switch. Plugging it in is satisfying and seems to make a firm, solid connection that won't fall out. I am happy with the purchase, which seems to be good value for a long cable that can transmit 480 Mbps.

It is functional and sturdy; the connectors feel solid, and the data transfer/charging speeds are consistently excellent.

Anker customer support is beyond amazing for products that are just as amazing. I had a small hiccup with a product I purchased years ago and Anker made it right in less than an hour. Now, this is rare to have any problems with their products for me, but it is nice to know they stand behind their products. I counted my cords, power banks, chargers, and accessories, and have at least 12 (my larger power bank is at least 7 years old and I still use it for modern charging needs) and have only had a problem once, and like I said it was immediately solved by support. Specifically, this cable, and other Anker ones, have lasted years beyond cheaper versions. If you want something to last, get Anker! Over the years, cleaning the connections with alcohol is the only maintenance I've needed to perform to keep a good connection and fit. Others I have tried become lose quickly, but this (and other Anker cords) has retained its snug (in a good way) fit. I never had a problem with charging speed or snags. Worth every penny! It's good value for money and it feels robust but I wish it was a bit more bendable. It fights the bend, which is good but... Be warned.

I’ve got to say, these cables are incredible. They have this sturdiness which gives me the confidence to not worry if I put them in a stressful situation. The color is iconic and I love the braided texture. It’s very portable as long as you wrap them up and it reaches from my nightstand plug to my bed with ease. I use it for my MacBook Pro 2017 Intel Core i7 (yes I know it old), and it charges it really fast paired with the 65w ANKER Charging brick. Can’t ever go wrong with ANKER I guess. Fun Fact: you can fit 8 hats across the 6ft one.

These charging cables are the most sturdy I have ever had. It would take a lot of abuse to break one. Delighted with them. Great fast delivery by Amazon too.

On m'avait conseillé la marque pour l'excellent rapport qualité/prix. Ca fait 2 semaines que j'ai reçu le cable et RAS pour l'instant, il fait le job. Faudra voir sur la durée évidemment. Pour 9€, ça a l'air quali, la longueur est idéale pour l'usage que j'en ai donc je suis content. :)

Anker USB-C to USB-C Cable (100W, 6FT, 3 Pack) These are the first cables I’ve used in a while that genuinely feel well built. The quality is immediately noticeable — solid connectors, good strain relief, and a premium feel compared to other brands I’ve used recently. After just one day of use, I’ve noticed two key improvements. First, the USB-C connector at the charging end does not heat up during use, which is something I experienced with a previous non-Anker cable. It remains cool and stable even under load. Second, charging performance is noticeably improved. On both my iPhone and iPad, I measured a significant increase in charging speed — roughly 20–30% faster under similar conditions. For a 100W-rated cable, it performs exactly as expected. For the price point, especially as a 3-pack (around £12 compared to £5–£6 per individual cable), it represents very good value. Forget chasing cheaper cables and trialling unknown brands — there may only be a few extra pence or maybe a pound in difference, but in my view it is worth paying for reliability. That said, even with well-known brands, quality can sometimes be questionable as production scales and consistency drops. However, I can safely say this is a well-made, reliable cable. They also come with an 18-month warranty, so if they do break, I will definitely be testing that process to see how quickly they are replaced. I am not entirely sure whether you need to register them, or if proof of purchase and date is sufficient at the time of claim, but hopefully the process is straightforward. Either way, I doubt I will be needing to buy any more cables for a while. Overall, I would confidently recommend these cables. They are well-made, reliable, and outperform several alternatives I’ve tried. A solid product that sets a high standard for other manufacturers. Mjb 🤝👍
