Received the item defective. The lid is not even and the switch at the button is not going thru immediately. You have to press down and down and down like 4 or 5 times. Not a good buy.

This is a GREAT product! After 4 other returns previous to this one, I was about to give up on electric kettles. This saved that notion and then some! Right out of the box I was impressed with the finish/colour! So nice! It looks blue in different lighting. The kettle’s performance exceeded my expectations. Super quick boil, quiet, and the outer shell was cool to the touch. Very well made, double walled, stainless steel, NO plastic, apart from the on lever. Super impressed an highly recommended! Quick ship with no issues.

BE CAREFUL WHEN ORDERING. Nice looking kettle, but did not get a chance to use it as it came fitted with a 110v US/North American plug. Why? I bought this on Amazon UK? I really looked forward to using this kettle as it has really good reviews. Alas, not. Returned for a refund.

This is an all round upgrade over our previous Black and Decker kettle at similar price. The seamless one piece metal inner container and the wide open top makes cleaning so much easier. The double wall and the nice handle make this feel much more solid and high quality. I was worrying that without a level indicator on the outside would make filling harder, but not at all as the inner level marking is clear and easy to see. It is slightly heavier though, but I'm fine with it. The design is very similar to the high end Zwilling kettle, but this one costs much less.
