I actually use this to store my protein powder but looks stylish on my countertop.

I’m doing a black appliance theme in my kitchen. This item fits in perfectly. I live by myself, so the canister is a perfect size. I appreciate that there’s a spot on top to put the date, so I can remember the freshness.

I bought this to hold about a weeks worth of food for my dog. I don’t have space for the large container that holds the 25 lb bag in my kitchen so this is good for about a week’s worth. Seems to be pretty airtight, I can’t smell his food unless it’s open so hopefully that means air isn’t getting in there.

I like the matte black in combination with the wood look and included scoop, but the wood (decal? Not sure what it is), is already coming off on the scoop and top of the canister. It was a risk with the lower price, next time I’ll just go with something a little higher quality. Air tightness was my main concern and this fits that bill, at least.

This container is stylish and functional the best of both worlds.

The media could not be loaded. I purchased three of these. The black one has a seal that does not seal, it does not tighten down, it came scratched, the scoop obviously was not made well with the plastic hanging off the side. The handle would not have bothered me if the canister actually worked. I would have been unhappy with the scratch, but if the canister was functional, I would also not have returned it. It was either used and returned or it is just not a good product to begin with. I am returning.
