Apple Fiber Powder 1 LB

I add a heaping teaspoon of this apple fiber to my dry pancake mix when making breakfast (along with some sunflower seeds and chia seeds) to give it a little extra something. You can make the plain pancake mix into the expensive fancy type with extra fiber and protein for pennies this way. Tastes great too!

I use apple fiber powder to increase my daily fiber intake This is about the same as another brand I have used. It doesn't mix super well - stays kind of grainy and powdery when I mix it with water. My husband likes it because it is not overly sweet. It works well to keep my gut happy and get all those good benefits of more fiber. I do wish it had nutrition facts on it somewhere and a breakdown of how much of the fiber is soluble and insoluble.

Using this with blueberry, papaya and pineapple powder- definitely will clean your system top to BOTTOM
