A japanese diaper that lets you choose your absorbency
While it's not for everyone, it's a versatile diaper if you know how to use it right. If you're one of those people who want extra protection that a pullup can't offer but want it to stay thin and discrete, you can put in a thinner pad for the daytime. And if you need something for the night, it will swallow the thickest pad money can buy. however I recommend finding booster pads from a third party as the ones they sell don't have any adhesive and I worry about it slipping out of place. As for the diaper itself, I have imported a few adult diapers from japan just to see how they compare the ones here in the west, all I can say is: "They're built different than the ones we are stuck with here."It's like they actually care about the quality of their product.

More like large..
Great cloth backed diaper...Tapes are fantastic!!!!! It absorbs pretty good no leaks yet...4 stars because these "mediums" are more like large....I'm a 30" waist 6ft tall...All 4 Tapes must be overlapped for it to be close to a snug fit...Even then it looks soiled cause it's still kinda loose on me..Over all though great diaper so far. Was definitely not expecting that big of bag!

Good daytime brief
The media could not be loaded. The LivDri Premium brief is a good absorbent brief for daytime use. It is not good for overnight if especially if you are a side sleeper as it will leak. If you use a booster pad in the brief it minimizes the risk of leaks. It has a soft cloth like backing which makes it quiet and discreet under clothing. It does have standup leg gathers to help protect against leaks. The landing zone has number lines on each side to help you get the brief centered for best fit. They are comfortable to wear. The absorbent material does not clump and separate under normal circumstances like others do. The material also does not swell up when it is wet. It does not have a wetness indicator as such but the strip in the middle does appear a little darker when wet. The waist band is elastic on the front and back. It has 2 tabs on each side that have 2 Velcro strips each that can be repositioned several times. They also are very strong and don’t tear off like some other tabs on briefs. The LivDry Premium brief was sent to me free of charge or at a discounted price in exchange for my honest and unbiased review based on my personal experiences with the product.

wetness just seeps on through when you least expect it even though they seen nice and thick and bulky
Yeah. These leak, something fierce...wetness just seeps on through when you least expect it even though they seen nice and thick and bulky. The tabs are great and it has a lot of great features... odor control, leg rails, gathered waist, even a nice, bulky feel but don't except them to help with anything less than light wetting. At night I've learned to wear plastc pant over them and they are used us about a thrid of the way through the night.

Not awful, far from advertised abilities.
For an imported brand, they are not all entirely bad; but to be called "premium" is pushing it quite a bit. For one, they do not have any odor control at all, and lack absorbency. The top sheet begins to leak out after a short period of time. Tena makes a better cloth backed product, no question about it. These will never hold their claimed 80 Fl Oz, no matter how you cut it.The pros, however...I can say that they are quiet, comfortable, and the front panel/tapes themselves are incredibly strong compared to any of the cloth-like products I have used over the years. Even the inner cuffs for containment do their job well, considering the lack of absorbency...But they leak like crazy, they will have to be changed often, so no matter what, they simply don't cut what I need them for. For someone with light bladder/bowel control issues, they might do just fine. Again, not all bad, wouldn't use them alone though!
