I don’t have a speed mixer, so my creams have turned out less perfect than what a blogger would share.The flavor and texture of these cashews is wonderful.We get a lot of cashews from the grocer that are past their prime. These were not.They are pieces, which makes them easy for cooking and and the price is very nice indeed.

I bought these to use in milkshakes but decided it was a better idea to make them into milk to use in the shake

Before I was going to toss them because they were stale, I put them in the fridge and they are now perfect! It would have helped if I had read the instructions too 🤪

I took a chance on these cashews bcs of the price for a 5lb bag. I read many reviews before buying, they were mixed. So disappointed. I opened the bag, grabbed some cashews and BAM...burning tongue upon chewing. Why....??? Many little black, what look like, stems that are VERY peppery. Same with a fair amount of nuts which have little black spots and/or skin. If you want to pick through the cashews to remove stems and affected nuts, have at it. Not for me. I cannot recommend and will not repurchase.P.S. The unaffected nuts were good and fresh.

The first bag was great, they were cashed pieces vs whole (though nothing online indicated that). The second bag came chewy, some rotten and actual whole cashews. I could pick through and make some work but that made the value decrease. The first purchase was goo though. Wonder what happened!

The package came fast. OK overall, but too many tiny pieces. I like to have cashew as a snack, and these have a little bitter aftertaste in the mouth, but nothing offensive.
