Honestley this band is really heavy duty I’m not sure what the amount of tension is but its definitely enough to get a good workout I highly recommend these if your looking for one of these.

Does exactly what you hope it does
I bought it to do some bear crawl sled pulls and needed something very strong. These fit the bill and great for stretch exercises and even heavy weight lifting exercises. Because of the strength and durability, you can get real creative. Definitely worth the price.
