Pensé que Monroe era una excelente marca y decidí comprar estos puntales a mi ford focus uno 2016 y otro 2017 pero estoy muy desepcionado ya que cuando giras la rueda hace mucho ruido la base del puntal. Que mal que Monroe venda este tipo de puntales qué no son de la calidad del original

Great fit

Been turning wrenches for well over 37 years. I have changed out many struts. I have even changed out struts on a Ford focus. That being said, I purchased these as Monroe was a good name to trust and that's why I chose Monroe struts; Unfortunately, these are the worst struts I have ever driven on. They are noisy, make tons of creaking noises, especially when turning left or right. And when going over bumps, it sounds as if they are bottoming out. It did take me a while to validate that it was the struts. When I changed them out, I had changed out ALL components, Bearings, Axels/Drive Shafts, Knuckle, Control Arms and Tie Rods. Basically I had rebuilt the front end. I wish I had never purchased these and will actually be changing them out for something else when I have the time because they are so annoying. Best of luck to you when purchasing these items.

I haven't had these struts a year and I have to replace them. The linning from the springs are coming off and the top hat is trying to disconnect from the strut. I would not recommend. Horrible part
