Update: I contacted the manufacturer and they promptly sent out a new hair dryer!! They made it super easy, and I’m so happy!We absolutely loved this hair dryer. Unfortunately, it lasted no more than 1 year!

This beautiful lightweight blow dryer is quiet yet gets the job done! I love the cold setting with high airflow, as sometimes I don't need heat, just airflow. (i.e., almost dry hair, wet fingernails, etc.)I bought it because of the negative ion technology cuz I burned my hair with my last hair dryer. So I feel safer using it on my damaged hair.I definitely recommend this dryer!PS A couple suggested improvements for the next model: Cold shot button (why not there?), and maybe the handle could bend the other way? It looks cool but is really counter-intuitive to use.

I actually bought this bc of the look. I liked the compact design. I was more than surprised by the power in this little thing. You can 100% customize your drying experience. Heat and force adjustable. Folds up for easy storage. Oh, and the cord length. I like that the cord is longer (than most). I no longer am restricted to standing on the wall/over the sink. I’m free to move.

I have had this blow dryer for about 5-6months. It definitely has the power and the hot and cold functions are nice. It can fold into smaller space and has the proper attachments. I noticed about a month Anglo it was not getting as hot as it was when I first brought it. Now it is only like warm. Durability wise it gets a 1 star because it is not hot. The power and ability to fold gets it a 4 star. Overall due to no heat I get it two stars and I would not recommend unless you use it strictly to blow off hair.

U didn't like it, I bought it three months ago ,today I used it and it burned himself and stopped working.

Light weight, foldable for travel use -and powerful blow. Love it and will definitely recommend this products.

I'm a man with fine straight hair, about 6" long on top and I use a hair dryer to style and give my hair a little body. I haven't noticed any benefit to the 'negative ion technology' (actually called an anion btw) this dryer is supposed to have, though I'm not at all surprised. Why air becomes magically 'moisturizing' when you strip a few electrons from it is beyond me. I suspect it just creates less static.The dryer is a moderate size, it's not exactly what I would call 'travel size' but it's easily folded up and stored in a small drawer.This particular dryer tries to avoid getting too hot to cause heat damage to your hair, however I've found that as a result it doesn't really get hot enough even on the highest setting. I would compare the 'hot' setting to the 'warm' setting on most sub-$50 hair dryers. The air flow can only be described as moderate, and combined with the low temperature turns what used to be a 60 second job into a 3-4 minute one. I can't imagine how long it would take if I had the longer hair typical of the customer base that uses a hair dryer on a regular basis.Ultimately this dryer gets the job done and is a fairly convenient size, but at the end of the day even though this is marketted as 'professional', this really isn't comparable to real professional equipment.
