the bad reviews are correct. Piece of junk. upon opening i saw a brown stain on the lid's tab. the timer did not work. within 10 mins i heard a loud noise and what sounded like tiny pieces of glass or something rattling inside the machine. I immediately turned it off. one of my blood tubes was leaking. I pulled out the plastic tube inserts from the machine & there was a hole wore thro it. so something inside was rubbing the bottoms of the inserts & wore a hole in my blood tube as well.Another tube had a hole & other had wear marks. So my sample was ruined. the vacutainer tubes were also very warm. If i had used it for the 20 mins I wanted to, samples would have been cooked.

I am a registered nurse and I own an aesthetics business. I use this machine for PRP and it works wonderfully. It is very quiet, and stable. The suction cups on the bottom work very well so it does not shake or fall off a table. I’ve had it for a while now and it is holding up just fine. I highly recommend this product and this brand.

Very inexpensive, which was great for my start up veterinary practice. It is kind of loud when operating. That doesn't bother me, but if someone is looking for a quiet machine that might be a factor. I had issues with the machine's timer feature. It doesn't seem to work. When the timer runs out, the machine still runs; it sometimes it will stop with the timer, and then start itself back up. So to work around this I have a separate timer and when that timer runs out, I turn the timer and the speed setting knobs all the way off, and also unplug the machine. It has been effective for my needs of separating serum and plasma from blood tubes for my veterinary patients.

I really like this little travel sized centerfuge but.... Size: very convenient, great if you are mobile. Style: its modern, has a light blue lid that is easy to remove. You may want to connect it to something. Its small and could get lost. Function: It does the job but may need to spin at higher speed or a second spin, if needed. Main problem: it has plastic tube holders. I didnt think that would be a problem. Until I spun my tubes and heard a noise. It was rubbing on something in the inside. Looked and it had melted a hole through the plastic tube holder and my tube. Not good! So, its good for a temp or until u get something better. If you had metal tube holders it would be a 5 star 🌟 ! But seeing as it was something inside that was rubbing against the holder, I had to return it. I had it for almost a month and used it maybe 7 times total.

It’s a nice size and I love that it is so quiet when running. Worth the price.

VERY DANGEROUS PRODUCT. The motor was not in function (cycle ended) and the product self ignited in the office. It took a few minutes to find that it was the origin of the smoke and we were lucky it was on a stainless steel surface because it could have caused serious damage. Not recommend and need quality inspection to redesign the product properly.

Do not buy! It doesn’t suction properly to the counter/tabletop so machine vibrates across your surface. Most importantly it doesn’t centrifuge at all DOES NOT WORK!!!!!

Worked for less than a year (Bought in June 2025). Used maybe 6 times and it no longer spins. Don't recommened purchasing.
