i absolutely love these Hotop Double-Headed Picture Hanging Nails. I bought these for family photos I wanted to put up and I wanted something more sturdy than a thumb tack but wouldn't leave big holes like nails and screws. This was exactly what I needed and I have used it to hang up everything in my house including my canvas wall art that spans the length of my king size bed, holiday lights/decorations, metal signs, even my new wall sconces. They are surprisingly sturdy and the double head design keeps items securely in place so they can't slip off and fall. My only regret is not getting them sooner.

Since I ordered these, I hung up a couple of acrylic floating shelves and they hold up well. Such a game-changer for me in terms of decorating.

Better than those convoluted Ook hangers. 2nd collar provides excellent weight distribution when snug against the drywall. Pulls out smoothly, leaving a practically unnoticeable hole... which a dab of matching paint would fill if you take the time to do so, but I'm too lazy for cosmetics.
