Perfect replacement for the above model with a glove box RPO code for the higher amperage alternator:A little more pricey than off brand units but you get what you pay for.Voltage regulation is perfect. ....no bearing noises...and honestly zero issues.Thank you!

Replaced the existing alternator with this one and seemed nice. Charging was working and it ran quiet. My wife went to town for a few hours and on her way back, she said the battery light was on in the cluster. Told her to head home and I'd check it out. Upon arrival, I verified the battery light still on while engine was running.I swapped back in the old alternator and the light went away. It's been several weeks now on old alternator and no issues or battery light warning. Bummer to pay this much for a reman AC Delco....but couldn't find a new AC Delco. Item returned for refund.

Just installed this to replace a failing 105amp. Whole truck seems like it has benefited from it. Especially my sub and lights. And even how it runs. It may need a longer belt but i got mine on. Seems like it could use an 0.5 to 1.0" extra but we will see. I got a spare on board.
