I consider these ottomans one of the best purchases I have ever made. I live in a college dorm and I needed extra seating for friends, and these have been just perfect. They are super strong, strong enough for several people to sit on them, for me to stand on them so I can reach stuff at the top of my closet. They also are great for storage, in one I keep half of my seasonal wardrobe that I don’t use at the moment, and in the other one I keep all my bags. They fold up to a really small, flat size, so storage and travel with them is very, very easy. I will keep these until they are literally unusable, and when that happens, I will buy more. These ottomans are so cute, they match everything, the price is amazing, they’re comfy to sit on, and they’re discreet even in a small room. When I need more floor space, I just slide them under my raised bed and they are out of the way. They are completely perfect, buy them!

I bought these ottomans to act as extra seating in my teeny tiny apartment. Space is pretty limited, so I needed seating that could be tucked away when guests weren't here and that would be functional so I didn't lose out on space for no reason. These ottomans were advertised as being able to support up to 400 lbs, so I figured this would be the perfect solution. Conveniently small dimensions, decent storage, ample support, and you can fold it up and tuck it away if you end up needing more space.Well, when I unboxed these ottomans, I thought I was going to be disappointed. The bottom part - the main instrument of support - seemed flimsy, and the only think keeping the cube shape was a board that you have to place at the bottom to keep the square filled out. I was convinced that I would have to return them. Well, I could not have been more wrong.I started out by testing the support capabilities by placing heavier and heavier things on top of one of the empty ottomans. First, I placed my 20lb dog - all good. Then, I piled my my case books for school on top - still fine. Then, I sat on the edge - good. Then I stood on top, jumped up on down, did a little dance, still great. My final test was to have a friend of mine (a heavier dude, probably as close to the weight capacity as I could find) try it out, and these ottomans stood strong.I confess that these aren't the most comfortable ottomans in the world. The seat isn't very cushioned, and it wouldn't be my number one choice of seat in the apartment. But, if my place starts getting full and seats get sparse, a little pillow goes a long way. These ottomans are sturdy, attractive, convenient, and overall a great option for a small living space. I am happy with my purchase.

It’s very easy to assemble. I use it in the bedroom for storage and to sit on to put on my socks. It’s high quality.

The buttons became loose quickly. But the ottoman itself feels sturdy. I feel safe sitting and standing on it. There is a good amount of storage space inside. The color is just a little different. Not as bright of a blue, which actually is better for me.

Perfect cheap ottoman with lots of storage! I can fit 3-5 throw/medium sized blankets in the ottoman. Expensive looking and soft! It holds up really well - I tried jumping on it a couple times and it was still good!!

Collapsible bench perfect for storing small items. We store pizzles in it. Pretty blue cooler. Sturdy enough to sit on.

I ordered one of these a few years ago and now we have six of them in different styles and fabrics. They look much more expensive than they are, they are excellent for storage, they are sturdy and are in the same condition as when I got them. My son has a long one at the foot of his bed for his stuffies, which he also uses as a bench when getting dressed. I have two in my closet for hat and off season shoe storage and I stand on them to reach high shelves. I have one next to a chair in my bedroom where it serves as a side table and I have a two more behind a couch in the living room for extra seating when we have guests. They are incredibly versatile and a great value!

I purchased the twin bench version of this product in June 2020 in Midnight Blue. The color is true to the picture in the product description.This product was sturdy and exactly as described. I had missed that there is a small "mini-tray" that you can attach inside the top of the storage unit to hold small items - this is a nice extra touch that also provide a bit more support to the middle of the bench.This unit does not have handles and is best set-and-forget. If you're planning to move it around, you may want to purchase a unit with handles. I like it without, since I like the plain sides of the unit.The top is cushioned, but the unit feels rock-solid and supportive. I could not have told you it was made of anything other than wood / metal just by sitting on the top.A few comments I read suggested the unit might not be very sturdy. Having just unpacked it, I think these may be folks who might have missed a piece of the unit when they set it up.The storage unit packs very tightly in the box and the bottom "box" of the bench is intended to have an extra piece of support put into it after the base unit it opened up into the bench shape. However, that extra piece sticks to the inside top of the lid - you may have to shake it out! My instructions were packed between that support piece and the lid, so you may not even know you're missing it.I've attached the instructions to this review, since I think they will be helpful to understand how to set it up.Great piece - I recommend it without reservation if this is the type of storage you need.

What is not to like? Compact but holds lots. Sturdy with nice upholstery. The price was amazing and would love another at that price. Highly recommend.
