Excellent Quality and Customer Service
I received the package the other day as well as an email from the company thanking me for my purchase and telling me to let them know if there were any problems with delivery. I received a second and final email letting me know I should have received my purchase and how did I like it? I think the customer service with Pretmanns is terrific. The fairy house is adorable, with the swinging door. Nothing was broken, and yes, the fairies are on a thin stake but it can easily be clipped off. I plan to put these items in my "fairy" shade garden when my granddaughters (ages 2 and 4) come in June. I like that the fairies have stakes so I can stand them up in the garden. The quality of the fairies is very nice for resin figures. I want to add to the garden figures and move them around to keep my granddaughters curious. :)

Was a gift for my daughter's 7th birthday to create a fairy garden in our back garden. She is really pleased with the set. It's really beautifully painted and has lovely details. She received this set, along with another Pretmann's fairy set. Both are absolutely lovely.
