This product has helped us so much with feeding our cats! If you have problems with your cats over-eating, or eating to quickly, THIS IS THE PRODUCT FOR YOU!App and Set up: What I can say is that the instructions are a bit lengthy, but it has many pictures and diagrams to help you set it up. The feeder works via Bluetooth and Wifi, so those two things are a must to have in the house and on the device. Regardless, the set up time was about 5 mins (not including the time it took up to set up specific feed times)Feed Times and Portions: You can only put up to 10 separate feed times on the app, which to some seems like a lot, but to us we had some trouble adjusting the schedule around that. The feeds go by portions. One portion is equal to about 1 tablespoon, and the only way to adjust the amount of food you give to your pet is by giving them more portions per time. We started with 10 separate feed times and portions between 1-3 tablespoons. After some days of seeing how our cats reacted to that many feeds, we decided to make the feed times fewer, and with greater distance between each other, but now with portions of 2-3 tablespoons. It really does depend on your pet and how they react to it, so I would pay attention to when they eat the most, and when they leave some food behind in the bowl.**note** NOT ALL KIBBLE/DRY FOOD FITS IN FEEDER. The booklet has a little drawing that helps to see If the pets food will fit in feeder. I would say most standard small- medium dog/cat’s food should fit.Feed History: another cool thing about the app is that it displays the history of your cat being fed. While it has worked pretty much all the time for us, there are times when it doesn’t display a food time. However, There is a little note that the app leaves that says that it is possible that it won’t show the animal being fed, but they still will be. I’m guessing it just depends on the router or internet connection?Overall, we have had a great experience with the feeders, and the company as a whole. I have been telling my whole family about this product and hope this will help a couple of people make the decision to buy it as well! :)

Tu peux choisir 10 format de nourriture différents à faire tomber dans la mangeoire! 1 étant très petite portion et 10 étant une grosse portion. Donc, facile de s’ajuster pour donner à manger 1 fois par jour ou jusqu’à 10 fois par jour si on veut!J’ai programmé sur l’application pour que tous les jours mon chat ait sa nourriture aux mêmes heures. Pour voir si la machine donne à manger même quand je suis pas là, J’ai éteint mon cellulaire avec lequel j’ai programmé la machine et la machine donne à manger tout de meme!!Je suis très satisfaite de ce produit!! 🥰

I've purchased five of these feeders. They are really easy to set up, and I love that when I'm not at home, I can give them food, too. My bunnies and chinchilla absolutely love them. You can set up a timer for when to feed, but I just like to go to the app and do it myself.You'll have to use the power cord because batteries do not last long at all. They'll be good for a backup when the power goes out, but don't count on them.Be sure to listen for the click when you put the lid on the feeder, especially if you have rambunctious pets. Two of my bunnies figured out how to flip the feeder and I had somehow not tightened the lid properly.I had an issue with the wire on one of mine and needed a replacement cord. The company returned my emails and helped me fix the issue. CS was friendly and helpful, and went out of their way to make sure I was happy.All in all, an amazing product that I love. Highly recommend.

This is exactly what I needed to feed a stray cat that I took in as my own. I was going to leave on vacation for the weekend and didn't have anyone to feed her. I connected it outside on my back covered patio and was able to feed her from my phone. I have camaras outside and could see the feeder dispensing the food. This feeder works and it's super easy to set up. I'm very happy with my purchase. If you are in need of a device of this kind, you won't regret this!!

This works great. The app is really simple and easy to set up. The portion control works well once you find out how much 1 serving gives. Holds a weeks worth of dog food for me and is small enough that it doesn't take up much room. I would have given 5 stars if the speaker was louder and more clear, but the dog still hears it and it works. Great value.
